Today I am welcoming back my weekly Polish Picks post as I really have a LOT of nail polishes and, now that I am not working full-time I have time to you know, paint my nails and blog and stuff.. so here it is!
I have recently picked up a LOT of nail polishes from Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics or OCC as we know them. They are only available through Lipstick Republic here in Australia and you can see my entire collection swatch post over on their blog if you’re interested in seeing what other shades OCC have
Green Polish isn’t something I would usually go for, mainly because you don’t see many around and this one has really stood out to me.
Chlorophyll is an opaque aqua/teal shade, its darker than a pastel and not as bright as a neon. It is a thick cream finish, no shimmer, glitter or sparkle which I also like about it. It is a perfect spring/summer shade that I find goes well with bright patterns and a fun way to dress up any look.
One added bonus for those who are time poor, the formation of OCC polishes dries SUPER fast. I don’t mean touch dry that will go and smudge while fishing out your keys from your handbag, I mean DRY dry. BONUS!
Chlorophyll is available through Lipstick Republic for $23.95 but you can get 10% off if you use the code ‘Glossyconfidential’ at checkout.
What do you think? What is your favourite green nail polish?
