Saucebox Cosmetics teamed up with the girls from Batalash to create this eyeshadow palette. I remember hearing about this collaboration quite a while ago and I have been eagerly wanting to see what they came up with.
I have all the other Saucebox eyeshadow palettes and it’s not a secret that I think they are amazing (click here to see review of the étude palette) so when I saw photos of the Batalash palette I knew I had to get it.
The palette contains 8 eyeshadows which are 4gms each and contains a row of both matte and shimmers.
The top row of matte shades are all neutral which I think it great, it has both warm and cool browns which I think it s great idea as it makes it a more versatile palette. The matte colours are:
Vanilla – a matte light cream
Winter Brown – a cool toned brown
Cinnamon – a warm red brown
Lace Noir – a matte black
The bottom row is where the pops of colour are, there are deeper jewelled tones mixed with some brighter shades.
The colours are:
Enigma – a warm copper orange
Electro – a bright chartreuse
Popper – a bright aqua blue green
Nova – a rich burgundy purple
Here are some swatches:
The pigmentation of these eyeshadows is amazing, a little goes a long way and with the size of them they will last a lifetime! They are buttery and creamy and the matte shades aren’t at all chalky and they blend so easily.
I think this palette ticks all the boxes, a great well rounded palette that everyone will be able to get some use out of.

You can purchase the Batalash for Saucebox eyeshadow palette from Lipstick Republic and it retails for $79. (If you enter ‘glossyconfidential‘ at checkout you will receive 10% off your order) As this is a limited edition palette I am not sure how long it will be available, but its certainly one I would recommend picking up.
